Today’s Daily Trio selections
Lumiere Du Large just wins, surely. Last seen in the Champion Juvenile behind Lulamba at Punchestown he has high sights lowered here and should win on the bridle. It’s a big field today but unless one improves beyond all recognition it’s a crap field with an overpriced favourite.
Kargese will make for nervous watching from a jumping perspective over the larger obstacles, but if she gets round then she wins. I’d expect a front running performance that could be a spectacular win or a spectacular fall. Nothing in the field can lay up with her assuming she can jump well.
Djelo is the paper favourite off the back of an impressive win last time, and is defending his title in this race, but I think Djelo is short of top class and will have his work cut out to beat Saint Sam. Harry Cobden can ride another winner for Mullins in the Peterborough chase.
Daily Trio selections:
Lumiere Du Large, 1:05 Cork • Kargese, 1:40 Cork • Saint Sam, 3:00 Huntingdon.

What is the Daily Trio strategy?
Our proven betting system is three singles and a treble. As a simple guide:
It’s a sustainable way to have a bet every day while keeping the chance of a nice win alive. The key is holding our own with the bookies until we land the day where all three go in—and the treble lands.
Why & how does the Daily Trio strategy work?
- ~33% strike rate across the year (~1 in 3 winners).
- Singles are designed to hold stake over time.
- Profit kicker comes from the treble — that’s the maths working for us.
