🐎 Today’s Daily Trio selections
Commanding Officer goes for Charlie Appleby in the 2:30 at Haydock. The Godolphin juveniles are running well without tending to win on debut, however this one has already had a start when fourth in a novice race at York and should take a step forward. James Doyle’s mount steps up in trip today and I’m expecting a strong show.
A filly by Ghaiyyath caught my interest in the 3:00 at Haydock as Gaspacho makes its racecourse debut for William Haggas. I’d expect Gaspacho to get better with time and distance, but if she is within a few lengths of the leader today going into the final furlong there may not be anything coming home stronger.
Little Keilee has been disappointing for punters in recent starts, especially with two consecutive second places. The form isn’t bad though, and the likely price today has tempted me to back her in the 6:50 at Lingfield. The only rival I’m concerned about is Darn Hot Mystery, but that horse will have to drastically improve from its run at Leicester last time out to be involved.
Daily Trio selections: Commanding Officer – 2:30 Haydock, Gaspacho – 3:00 Haydock, Little Keilee – 6:50 Lingfield.

Daily Trio Strategy
What is the Daily Trio strategy?
Our proven betting system is three singles and a treble. As a simple guide:
2 winners = profit
3 winners = jackpot
It’s a sustainable way to have a bet every day while keeping the chance of a nice win alive. The key is holding our own with the bookies until we land the day where all three go in—and the treble lands.
Why & how does the Daily Trio strategy work?
- ~33% strike rate across the year (~1 in 3 winners).
- Singles are designed to hold stake over time.
- Profit kicker comes from the treble — that’s the maths working for us.
Suggested staking example
(total stake £30) — but the choice is yours.
We use the £30 stake for profit/loss calculations. Bet responsibly.
