🐎 Today’s Daily Trio selections
Traveling Soldier looks to hold every chance in the 2:07 at Worcester. He has ran second in his last three visits here so is overdue a course victory and is in good form. He steps back up in trip under Sean Bowen and has to be thereabouts in the finish.
4.3 million gns. Not cheap! That’s what Poker cost, who makes his racecourse debut in the 4:00 at Haydock. It looks a nice introduction, and connections will be hoping he goes on to much better races in due course. This Wooton Basset colt holds a Group 1 entry so isn’t expected to be slow. The price will be good as Gaurdman is the favourite, who of course has the experience from his Windsor third, but with the price tag the pressure is on Poker from day 1.
Woody Y Fernandez has every chance in the 6:30 at Newcastle. This two year old is improving without winning, and sets a good standard based on his second at Windsor where he stayed on well and was only beaten a nose. Top course jockey Paul Mulrennan takes the ride.
Daily Trio selections:
Traveling Soldier (2:07 Worcester), Poker (4:00 Haydock), Woody Y Fernandez (6:30 Newcastle).

Daily Trio Strategy
What is the Daily Trio strategy?
Our proven betting system is three singles and a treble. As a simple guide:
2 winners = profit
3 winners = jackpot
It’s a sustainable way to have a bet every day while keeping the chance of a nice win alive. The key is holding our own with the bookies until we land the day where all three go in—and the treble lands.
Why & how does the Daily Trio strategy work?
- ~33% strike rate across the year (~1 in 3 winners).
- Singles are designed to hold stake over time.
- Profit kicker comes from the treble — that’s the maths working for us.
Suggested staking example
(total stake £30) — but the choice is yours.
We use the £30 stake for profit/loss calculations. Bet responsibly.
