🐎 Today’s Daily Trio selections
Christmas Day bids to make it third time lucky in the 2:17 at Gowran Park. I’m following this horse closely as there are good races to be won next year with this one. I expect strong improvement. Today is the first time he has been first choice from the stable in a race and the first time with the best jockey. Merry Christmas.
Romantic Symphony is incredibly bred and looks one of the standout debut horses not of the day, but of the month. This is a filly by Dubawi that could progress into a proper grade 1 horse. She is a sister to Yibir, Wild Illusion, and Wild Crusade – all winners of good races. Newmarket is a good starting point in the 1:00.
Despite me raving about how good Romantic Style looks on paper, William Buick has passed the horse over to ride Castle Rock in the 3:50 at Newbury instead. Castle Rock is a debutant, by Havana Grey, and is another exciting horse having cost €650,000.
Daily Trio selections: Christmas Day (2:17 Gowran), Romantic Symphony (1:00 Newmarket), Castle Rock (3:50 Newbury).

Daily Trio Strategy
What is the Daily Trio strategy?
Our proven betting system is three singles and a treble. As a simple guide:
2 winners = profit
3 winners = jackpot
It’s a sustainable way to have a bet every day while keeping the chance of a nice win alive. The key is holding our own with the bookies until we land the day where all three go in—and the treble lands.
Why & how does the Daily Trio strategy work?
- ~33% strike rate across the year (~1 in 3 winners).
- Singles are designed to hold stake over time.
- Profit kicker comes from the treble — that’s the maths working for us.
Suggested staking example
(total stake £30) — but the choice is yours.
We use the £30 stake for profit/loss calculations. Bet responsibly.
