Sunday 7th September | Daily Horse Racing Tips – The Daily Trio | Kickthebookies

🐎 Today’s Daily Trio

Overview: After the madness of a busy Saturday we move to a quiet Sunday with racing from York and Fontwell. We haven’t landed the treble for quite a few weeks now so here’s hoping that today’s trio get the job done. My three strongest selections are all from Fontwell, but I did also fancy the look of Secret History in the 2:30 at York. Secret History made a very encouraging debut and any improvement will see this Ardad filly win today.

🏇 Jockey insight: Clifford Lee has the best level stakes profit at York and has two rides today: Silkie Wilkie at 3:00 and Lethal Levi at 4:30.

🥇 One to Note: Leemoos Legend goes in first time blinkers in the 4:12 at Fontwell 4:12, a move which makes Micky Bowens horse very interesting here.

⚠️ Traveller: Micky Bowen sends Lermoos Legend (4:12) and Tamarind Bay (2:42) on a 235 mile journey to Fontwell.

💸 Profit Stat: Andrew Balding has the best ROI at York and runs two: Infinite Dream at 2:30 and Kassaya at 4:30.

🐎 Today’s Daily Trio selections

Mirror of Illusion sees a racecourse for the first time today in the National Hunt Flat race, 4:42 at Fontwell. This is a Walk in the Park filly who is related to winners. Jamie Snowden knows how to train winners in this sphere and Gavin Sheehan is an excellent rider. We are likely to get a good price because of the presence in the race of Lady Kara, a horse with two fairly good starts behind her in finishing second and third but I don’t get the impression that she sets a high standard.

Kings Reign is a 1m4f flat handicapper making his debut over the sticks today for Gary Moore in the 2:42 at Fontwell. Fontwell is Gary Moore’s local track and anything he runs here should be respected. This is an extremely weak race with only really fellow hurdle debutant Cinnodin to beat, and I think Kings Reign has shown the better speed of the two on the flat.

Goodwin did well in bumpers and novice hurdles but has struggled to trouble the judge since being switched to handicap company. That probably serves to keep the price higher than it should be for today’s 3:42 at Fontwell. Goodwin was last seen leading the field to the third last in the super competitive Summer Handicap at Market Rasen last time out and should really have a class edge under top weight today in a much lesser race. The first time cheekpieces go on here, and if they have any positive improvement then this could be a rout.

Daily Trio selections: Mirror of Illusion (4:42 Fontwell), Kings Reign (2:42 Fontwell), Goodwin (3:42 Fontwell).

Daily Trio Strategy

What is the Daily Trio strategy?

Our proven betting system is three singles and a treble. As a simple guide:

1 winner = roughly money back
2 winners = profit
3 winners = jackpot

It’s a sustainable way to have a bet every day while keeping the chance of a nice win alive. The key is holding our own with the bookies until we land the day where all three go in—and the treble lands.

Why & how does the Daily Trio strategy work?

  • ~33% strike rate across the year (~1 in 3 winners).
  • Singles are designed to hold stake over time.
  • Profit kicker comes from the treble — that’s the maths working for us.

Suggested staking example
Many followers bet 3 × £8 singles and a £6 treble
(total stake £30) — but the choice is yours.
We use the £30 stake for profit/loss calculations. Bet responsibly.
