Daily trio test

🏇 Jockey insight: Test is the top rider at Example this flat season with twice as many winners as anyone else. He has two interesting rides: Danehill Star in the 4:15, and Kondratiev Wave in the 4:45.
🥇 Unbeaten record: little known trainer Tina Jackson is 2 from 2 at Pontefract with her runners this year. She sends Missmimi to contest the 4:05.
⚠️ Traveller: Hugo Palmer is the longest traveller at Kempton. He sends one horse 160 miles each way to compete – Red Savitar in the 6:00 with Oisin Murphy jocked up.
💸 Julia & Shelley Birkett runners this year at Yarmouth have a massive level stakes profit. They send two: Fen Tiger in the 5:15 and Sam’s Xpress in the 7:27.

🐎 Today’s Daily Trio selections

Godolphin send two runners to a Kempton novice this evening in Ruler of Time and National History. Ruler of Time is the choice of stable jockey William Buick and is the heavy odds-on favourite with the benefit of experience – he ran second in a good race at Newbury on debut. If Ruler of Time is to lose however, it will be to our selection National History – 6:35. National History cost £1m – yes, one million – at the sales and will need to run pretty fast to recoup some of that investment. Our selection is a very big price at around 7/1 early doors, and I’d rather take that price than the prohibitive odds on Ruler of Time. It will be an interesting race to watch.

John & Thady Gosden have the twice-raced Earl of Rochester in the 8:20 at Kempton. This is a son of Dubawi who showed promise on debut at Newcastle before finishing only fourth when odds-on at Newcastle last time out. If we see any progression, then he’ll be winning today. Rab Havlin takes the ride and is one of my favourite jockeys, especially on novices.

Jockey Kieran Shoemark has a good record at Yarmouth and takes the ride on Ed Walker’s Acceptance in the 6:15. This horse has been brought along steadily in maidens and novice races – it’s safe to say he hasn’t been given a hard time. Connections pitch him into a handicap for the first time today. This French-bred, by Blue Point, can be an entirely different proposition here.

Daily Trio selections: National History in the 6:35 at Kempton, Earl of Rochester in the 8:20 at Kempton, and Acceptance in the 6:15 at Yarmouth.

🏇 Daily Trio Strategy

What is the Daily Trio strategy?

Our proven betting system is three singles and a treble. As a simple guide:

1 winner = roughly money back 2 winners = profit 3 winners = jackpot

It’s a sustainable way to have a bet every day while keeping the chance of a nice win alive. The key is holding our own with the bookies until we land the day where all three go in—and the treble lands.

Why & how does the Daily Trio strategy work?

  • ~33% strike rate across the year (~1 in 3 winners).
  • Singles are designed to hold stake over time.
  • Profit kicker comes from the treble — that’s the maths working for us.
£ Suggested staking example
Many followers bet 3 × £8 singles and a £6 treble (total stake £30) — but the choice is yours. We use the £30 stake for profit/loss calculations. Bet responsibly.
