Friday 20th February 2026 | Daily Horse Racing Tips – The Daily Trio

🐎 Today’s Daily Trio

Overview: Today is a day that will intrigue punters as the nine year old Constitution Hill makes his flat debut on the evening card at Southwell. We do have a horse in the race, but it ain’t Constitution Hill.

🐎 Today’s Daily Trio selections

Shade of Winter has a very strong chance of winning under Jonathan Burke in the 2:22 at Ffos Las. This horse is running back into form based on his placed effort last time out and he could be too good for today’s rivals.

I Still Have Faith could spring a surprise in the 8:30 at Southwell. The run last time out was better than the finishing position and I think track and trip will suit this evening. I’d expect the horse to make the pace and prove tough to catch at a double figure price.

I’m going for a bigger surprise in Constitution Hill’s race as I think a 50/1 shot has a good chance. Mr Mcloughlan won’t be many people’s idea of the winner, but this is a race made for a surprise result. This six year old is also making its flat debut, has won three times this season in the other code, and is being ignored in the betting.

Daily Trio selections:
Shade of Winter – 2:22 Ffos Las, I Still Have Faith – 8:30 Southwell, Mr Mcloughlan – 7:30 Southwell.

Daily Trio Strategy

What is the Daily Trio strategy?

Our proven betting system is three singles and a treble. As a simple guide:

1 winner = roughly money back
2 winners = profit
3 winners = jackpot

It’s a sustainable way to have a bet every day while keeping the chance of a nice win alive. The key is holding our own with the bookies until we land the day where all three go in—and the treble lands.

Why & how does the Daily Trio strategy work?

  • ~33% strike rate across the year (~1 in 3 winners).
  • Singles are designed to hold stake over time.
  • Profit kicker comes from the treble — that’s the maths working for us.

Suggested staking example
Many followers bet 3 × £8 singles and a £6 treble
(total stake £30) — but the choice is yours.
We use the £30 stake for profit/loss calculations. Bet responsibly.
