A 0–100 rating of how well a runner fits the race it is about to run, built from six weighted factors — ability, trainer, jockey, going, course and a light read of the market — scored before the off and never changed. Every runner on every British and Irish card carries one; the top-rated in each race is the KTB selection, shown as evidence with its record, never a tip.
