🐎 Today’s Daily Trio selections
Sixandahalf takes on the 2/5 odds-on (overnight price) Wodhooh in the 1:22 at Leopardstown. Wodhooh has looked like a good horse, but is too short a price for what she has achieved to date and I don’t think this horse has beaten much. Sixandahalf hasn’t pulled up many trees herself but I think conditions are in her favour and I would price this up roughly 10/11 Wodhooh, 15/8 Sixandahalf. We get 5/1 Sixandahalf overnight and maybe even bigger closer to the race.
People will think I’m mad for this next one, and people who know me would probably agree. I think Irancy is a huge price at ~20/1 taking on Lossiemouth, Brighterdaysahead and Anzadam. I’m convinced Lossiemouth goes to the Mares at Cheltenham and not the Champion Hurdle, and a defeat here would seal it. Brighterdaysahead hasn’t ran for ages and we don’t know what ability is still in there. Anzadam disappointed last time after travelling well and this is a tougher race still. Irancy has scope to put in a good performance and we can ignore his run getting beaten 34 lengths by Lossiemouth last time. He will be ignored by most but will carry my money at a massive price.
Starzand takes on ‘the reincarnation of Denman’ in the Challow Novices Hurdle at Newbury as No Drama This End looks to live up to his lofty reputation. No Drama This End has looked good to be fair, but he hasn’t faced anything that can run faster than a fat kid in a marathon so we don’t know how good he actually is. Starzand will be a different test. Starzand is 7/1 overnight and is also unbeaten. It does look a two horse race and I think the bookies have priced this up wrong.

Daily Trio Strategy
What is the Daily Trio strategy?
Our proven betting system is three singles and a treble. As a simple guide:
2 winners = profit
3 winners = jackpot
It’s a sustainable way to have a bet every day while keeping the chance of a nice win alive. The key is holding our own with the bookies until we land the day where all three go in—and the treble lands.
Why & how does the Daily Trio strategy work?
- ~33% strike rate across the year (~1 in 3 winners).
- Singles are designed to hold stake over time.
- Profit kicker comes from the treble — that’s the maths working for us.
Suggested staking example
(total stake £30) — but the choice is yours.
We use the £30 stake for profit/loss calculations. Bet responsibly.
