Thursday 19th February 2026 | Daily Horse Racing Tips – The Daily Trio

🐎 Today’s Daily Trio

Overview: Today’s racing is low grade stuff but there is a winner in every race, hopefully we can find three winners across the cards.

🐎 Today’s Daily Trio selections

The Gay Blade looks to be one. This horse won easily last time and looked to have more in the locker. I like following horses in form at this level until they stop winning and there should be more gas in the tank.

Thank You Blue is another one that returned to form last time out and should still have some mileage left in its mark. He won at this track a few weeks ago so we know track a trip is no problem. He would have won with a few extra pounds last time out, so there is no reason why he can’t repeat today.

Roysse runs for Ben Pauling in a small field handicap chase and we are yet to see the best of this horse. He was last seen at Aintree on Boxing Day which suggests to me that connections think they have a half decent animal, and today looks easier.

Daily Trio selections:
The Gay Blade – 6:30 Newcastle, Thank You Blue – 3:43 Sedgefied, Roysse – 1:58 Sedgefield

Daily Trio Strategy

What is the Daily Trio strategy?

Our proven betting system is three singles and a treble. As a simple guide:

1 winner = roughly money back
2 winners = profit
3 winners = jackpot

It’s a sustainable way to have a bet every day while keeping the chance of a nice win alive. The key is holding our own with the bookies until we land the day where all three go in—and the treble lands.

Why & how does the Daily Trio strategy work?

  • ~33% strike rate across the year (~1 in 3 winners).
  • Singles are designed to hold stake over time.
  • Profit kicker comes from the treble — that’s the maths working for us.

Suggested staking example
Many followers bet 3 × £8 singles and a £6 treble
(total stake £30) — but the choice is yours.
We use the £30 stake for profit/loss calculations. Bet responsibly.
