Our Daily Trio Selections for Friday 7th February
Shearer did the business for us yesterday, winning as he liked at odds of 11/4 at Ffos Las. Thurles was unfortunately abandoned so Kaiser Ball was a non runner – keep an eye out for this one as I hear it’s a fair horse.
Thoughts obviously have to go to jockey Michael O’Sullivan after his horror fall, fingers crossed there (outcome unknown at time of writing).
Todays Trio:
3:35 She Went Whoosh. The form is good in comparison to rivals and she steps out of a nursery to make her polytrack debut for Richard Hannon and Sean Levy. She is sired by Profitable so let’s hope she lives up to his name. Selection: She Went Whoosh, 3:35 Lingfield, 1 point win.
Juventus De Brion should have won before now but hasn’t finished his races off strongly. Has Kingston Pride to beat today who was pulled up last time out so you can’t have confidence in him either. The Skeltons will get a win out of this horse soon and today could be the day. Selection: Juventus De Brion, 1:50 Kempton, 1 point win.
Straw Fan Jack has been campaigned ambitiously and above his ability level over the last few years. This race is much more like it and I’m surprised he is a double figure price here. Selection: Straw Fan Jack, 3:25 Kempton, 1 point win.
Also have a 1 point treble.
Happy punting
