Our Daily Trio selections for Wednesday 19th February
Doctor Midas isn’t one of the leading lights at the Nicky Henderson stable, but the big step up in trip could be exactly what the horse needs in the 2:30 at Ludlow. Nico De Boinville takes the ride. Selection: Doctor Midas, 2:30 Ludlow, 1 point win.
Skin Full also gets a big step up in trip in the 3:20 at Doncaster. David Pipe’s horse was heavily backed last time on what was his second Chase start but failed to land the money. This six year old was a fair hurdler and goes back to that discipline here, stepping up to three miles. Still unexposed and is very well weighted. Selection: Skin Full, 3:20 Doncaster, 1 point win.
Saunton Surf was running well when a last hurdle faller at Ffos Las and can make amends if in the same form here. Gets a significant weight pull from the race favourite Super Sabre Sam. Selection: Saunton Surf, 5:13 Ludlow, 1 point win.
Also have a 1 point treble.
Happy punting

Points? How do I bet? Simply think of a point as your preferred unit stake. If you want to bet in £10s then you would have 3x £10 wins and a £10 treble.
What is the Daily Trio strategy?
The proven betting system and recommended bet is three singles and a treble. As a rough rule of thumb: one winner = money back, two winners = double your money, three winners = jackpot!
Why does the Daily Trio strategy work?
Mav operates at roughly a 33% strike rate for winners over the year, so around one in three selections win. Assuming each winner is 3/1 on average (some are much higher) then each year we should see money back at least based on purely the single bets alone, and the profit comes from the trebles.
This is a long term strategy that works – not a get rich quick scheme. Some tipsters claim to have a ‘20/1 banker that can’t lose’ every day, we don’t. This is maintaining a consistent strike rate from our excellent tipster and sticking to an optimised stake system, perfect for having a bet every day without losing a fortune over the year. We also don’t charge – our site is free.
