🐎 Today’s Daily Trio selections
Sugar Island would be favourite for this if coming straight from her debut win at the Curragh. She blotted her copybook when disappointing in a group three at the same track 12 days ago but is evidently better than that. Her rivals Moon Target and Aylin don’t set a formidable standard – both were beaten (in different races) when fancied at Goodwood last time out. I’ll be backing Sugar Island in Doncaster’s 2:25.
I backed Danielle at a big price last time out when she came back from a break and thought I’d landed the money before she tired in the last strides to finish second in the Lilly Langtry. I’m not having the idea of her being beaten today against this field. The Gosden yard have a very good record in this race and I’ll be backing Danielle to win the 3:00 at Doncaster.
Wechaad has a Dewhurst entry and has improved with each start to date. He could be a group horse in a handicap here (albeit a nursery handicap) and this opening mark looks quite fair. Silvestre De Souza rides Doncaster very well and he completes our three selections in the 4:10
Daily Trio selections:Sugar Island – 2:25, Danielle – 3:00, Wechaad – 4:10.

Daily Trio Strategy
What is the Daily Trio strategy?
Our proven betting system is three singles and a treble. As a simple guide:
2 winners = profit
3 winners = jackpot
It’s a sustainable way to have a bet every day while keeping the chance of a nice win alive. The key is holding our own with the bookies until we land the day where all three go in—and the treble lands.
Why & how does the Daily Trio strategy work?
- ~33% strike rate across the year (~1 in 3 winners).
- Singles are designed to hold stake over time.
- Profit kicker comes from the treble — that’s the maths working for us.
Suggested staking example
(total stake £30) — but the choice is yours.
We use the £30 stake for profit/loss calculations. Bet responsibly.
