🐎 Today’s Daily Trio selections
Art Power runs this track very well and the now 8 year old is an attractive price at between 8/1 – 10/1 tor the Flying Five at the Curragh (3:15). This race is the main target for Tim Easterby’s horse and you can be assured he will be on his A-game.
Illinois should give Aiden O’Brien a second St Leger in the space of two days, this time in the Irish version(4:25). His last two runs when second in the Gold Cup and again at Goodwood showed his class, today is a much weaker race. Al Riffa is being targeted at Melbourne mainly, and although unbeaten Amiloc hasn’t raced at this trio before, never mind against a horse as good as Illinois.
Saba Desert is 2 from 2, but is a big price in the 3:50 as Gstaad sits at the head of the market. Saba Desert was a length too good for Gstaad’s stablemate Italy last time out, giving the impression he would learn from the run. Gstaad is better than Italy, but I think Saba Desert could be better than Gstaad who lost his own unbeaten record last time over in France.
Daily Trio selections: Art Power (3:15 Curragh), Saba Desert (3:50 Curragh), Illinois (4:25 Curragh).

Daily Trio Strategy
What is the Daily Trio strategy?
Our proven betting system is three singles and a treble. As a simple guide:
2 winners = profit
3 winners = jackpot
It’s a sustainable way to have a bet every day while keeping the chance of a nice win alive. The key is holding our own with the bookies until we land the day where all three go in—and the treble lands.
Why & how does the Daily Trio strategy work?
- ~33% strike rate across the year (~1 in 3 winners).
- Singles are designed to hold stake over time.
- Profit kicker comes from the treble — that’s the maths working for us.
Suggested staking example
