What is a KTB race preview?
A written read of one race: the shape of the race, the KTB Fit ranking of every runner, and a verdict. It is built from the same analysis behind our racecard, so nothing here contradicts the card — the racecard is the live tool, the preview is the read.
When are previews published?
Every UK and Irish race gets one, published as soon as the day's racecard goes live and always before the off. A race that has already been run is never previewed.
How is the KTB selection chosen?
It is the runner ranked first on KTB Fit score in that race, shown with its score as evidence — not as an instruction. Every selection is graded win or lose on KTB Fit Results, so the whole record is open.
Are these tips?
No. Kickthebookies is an insight and analytics site, not a tipster: the numbers are the evidence, the preview is the message, and the call is yours. 18+ only, and only ever stake what you can comfortably afford to lose.
Are the odds in a preview live?
No. Each preview freezes the best available morning price per runner at publication and says so on the page. Current prices are on the racecard.
